These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Chukty ("Chukty," "we," "us," or "our"), a platform that connects brands with content creators in Bangladesh for marketing collaborations. By creating an account, submitting a request, or otherwise using Chukty, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account on Chukty. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to enter into these Terms â for a brand account, on behalf of the business you represent.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at the contact details below if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may register as a Creator or a Brand. Each account type has access to features relevant to that role, as described in your respective dashboard.
A brand submits a collaboration request to a creator (or a general request that Chukty routes to a suitable creator). The two parties may negotiate details such as budget and deliverables through Chukty's in-platform negotiation tool. A collaboration is only finalized once the creator confirms it â a brand's proposal alone does not create a binding commitment. Chukty administrators may assist in coordinating requests, resolving disagreements, or updating a request's status where appropriate.
Chukty currently coordinates payments manually. When a collaboration or paid service (such as a Profile Boost) is agreed, Chukty will share payment instructions (currently bKash, with bank transfer support planned). The paying party (typically the brand) is responsible for completing payment and may be asked to submit a payment reference for verification. Chukty staff manually confirm receipt and update the payment status in the platform.
Chukty does not currently operate an automated payment gateway. No amount is charged to any payment method automatically through the platform. All payments described in your dashboard reflect manually recorded, good-faith tracking of funds exchanged outside the automated system, until a payment gateway is integrated.
Chukty may charge a service fee for managing collaborations and for optional paid visibility features (such as Profile Boosting and Get Featured), as disclosed at the time of purchase.
Profile Boosting is a paid service where Chukty promotes a creator's profile on Chukty's own social media channels for an agreed period. Get Featured is a paid service for placement on the Chukty website (homepage and/or the Find Creators page). Both are promotional services only â Chukty does not guarantee any specific number of views, engagement, followers, or collaboration requests as a result. Package pricing, duration, and terms are shown at the time of purchase and may change for future purchases.
Creators retain ownership of the content they create. By submitting a profile photo, portfolio content, or campaign deliverables through Chukty, you grant Chukty a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content on the Chukty platform (including your public profile, the Find Creators page, and promotional/marketing materials such as the homepage or social media), for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform. This license ends if you delete the content or close your account, except where content has already been shared with a brand as part of a completed collaboration.

Chukty may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Chukty is a facilitator that connects brands and creators and provides tools to coordinate collaborations and payments. Chukty is not an employer, agent, or guarantor of either party, and does not control the quality, timeliness, or outcome of any collaboration. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chukty is not liable for disputes, losses, or damages arising from a collaboration between a brand and a creator, except where Chukty has directly mishandled funds it was explicitly responsible for coordinating.
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
You may stop using Chukty and request account closure at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to other users, with or without notice depending on severity.
If a dispute arises between a brand and a creator, Chukty encourages both parties to use the in-platform negotiation and messaging tools first, and may have an administrator assist in good faith. These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, and any disputes with Chukty itself shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last Updated" date on this page. Continued use of Chukty after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
